These terms apply to the Roof Claims CRM Instant Measurement product.
Instant Measurement provides an automated, estimated roof measurement derived from available aerial imagery, property data, and elevation data. It is produced by an automated engine, not by a person performing an on-site survey.
The output is an estimate and is unverified. It is not a survey, inspection, engineering or architectural opinion, appraisal, or a guarantee of exact dimensions. Accuracy may be affected by imagery age or resolution, vegetation or occlusion, roof changes or additions, complex geometry, multiple structures, and pitch or elevation limitations, or by data being unavailable.
Before material ordering, irreversible construction decisions, or final contract pricing where the exposure is material, you should verify on site or obtain a verified provider report. Do not rely on the estimate alone for binding financial, contractual, or insurance-claim decisions.
Instant Measurement does not provide legal, insurance, engineering, or financial advice, and no outcome (including any insurance-claim outcome) is promised or guaranteed.
The product is a one-time paid service. The measurement is generated after payment and address confirmation, and delivered to the email you provide.
We store only the information you submit (such as email, name, company, and address) plus the generated estimate. We do not store card data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" and without warranties. Nothing in these terms is represented as preventing or limiting any legal claim beyond what applicable law allows.
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
